MDoc first considers your query and explicit filters, then data freshness and source traceability. Comparable options are rotated and diversified so the same providers do not permanently occupy the top positions.

Signals that do not affect organic order

Payments, advertising and commercial agreements do not improve organic position. Clicks, phone reveals and booking actions are not used to boost organic position. MDoc does not use health history or an inferred diagnosis for hidden ranking. All matching profiles remain accessible through filters and catalogue pages.
